The El Borinquen Residence, a $62m 10-story building located in the Morrisania section of the Bronx, offers 148 affordable residences, including on-site supportive services for formerly homeless residents. The affordable housing project incorporates a community event space, a rooftop garden, and landscaped garden courtyard. Solicito & Son Contracting is proud to be involved in the El Borinquen project and was able to provide the gardening and planting services to the outdoor landscaping.
