Fabric Astoria combines modern design with top-tier amenities in its prime Astoria location, offering 35 one- to three-bedroom condominium residences. Built with brand-new quality construction, this unique development features pet-friendly policies, a garage equipped with electric vehicle charging stations, bike storage lockers, common area Wi-Fi, a gym, recreation center, business center, shared laundry room, package lockers, and an on-site resident manager. The crown jewel is a stunning rooftop terrace with city views.
Each residence is thoughtfully designed with washers and dryers, air conditioning, hardwood floors, intercom systems, and high-end kitchen appliances and finishes. Fabric Astoria redefines Queens living with a complete lifestyle experience, fostering a vibrant sense of community in one of the city’s most culturally rich neighborhoods.
Solicito and Son had the privilege of transforming the outdoor spaces at Fabric Astoria into vibrant, functional areas that complement the building’s modern design. Our work focused on crafting custom planters and elegant edging, adding a seamless blend of nature and structure to the property.
We carefully selected and planted a variety of greenery to create lush environments throughout the development. To enhance the usability and aesthetic of the rooftop and communal spaces, we installed premium artificial turf, ensuring a durable and low-maintenance green space. Additionally, we implemented a state-of-the-art irrigation system to support the long-term health of the plants and greenery.
With every detail, from the planters to the turf, we aimed to create outdoor spaces that residents can truly enjoy, bringing a touch of natural beauty to the heart of Fabric Astoria.
