Solicito and Son had the privilege of transforming the outdoor amenities at The Maybury at 550 Tenth Avenue, creating lush, refined environments that complement the tower’s striking modern design. Across the property, we introduced custom planters and elegant edging, framing greenery that softens the architecture and brings a sense of natural warmth to the resident experience.
The rooftop terrace was designed as a true urban retreat, with a carefully landscaped rooftop garden that brings seasonal color and texture. Expansive decks establish distinct areas for lounging and entertaining against the backdrop of Hudson Yards’ skyline.
At the heart of the amenities, the outdoor kitchen spaces were enhanced with thoughtfully placed pergolas, creating shaded, inviting areas for al fresco dining and social gatherings. These spaces were further elevated with curated plantings and refined landscaping details that add depth and vibrancy. To ensure long-term vitality and ease of maintenance, a state-of-the-art irrigation system was integrated throughout all landscaped areas.
