Solicito and Son had the privilege of transforming the outdoor amenities at Greenpoint Central at 65 Dupont into vibrant, multifunctional spaces that elevate the resident experience. We designed and installed custom planters, refined edging, and lush plantings, seamlessly integrating greenery with the building’s sleek, modern architecture.

The expansive rooftop terrace was envisioned as a true urban escape, featuring a landscaped rooftop garden, premium artificial turf, and thoughtfully crafted decks that create inviting areas for lounging and entertaining. Pergolas were introduced to add both shade and architectural interest, while carefully landscaped outdoor kitchen spaces serve as welcoming hubs for al fresco dining.

Beyond the rooftop, we enhanced the property with functional and lifestyle-focused details, including fencing, a pickleball court, curated outdoor furniture, and open lawn areas for relaxation and recreation. To ensure lasting vitality and ease of care, a state-of-the-art irrigation system was integrated throughout all landscaped areas.

From the planters and pergolas to the kitchens, courts, and gardens, every detail was crafted to provide residents with a complete outdoor experience — blending natural beauty, modern function, and community-driven design.
